Vision

Organisation is committed for the social upliftment of the marginalized, deprived community and disables through the education, better health and capacity building to mainstream them for their right and entitlement.

Mission

Ensuring the socio economic development of weaker sections, small and marginal farmers, deprived and debarred women and children towards their rights with the help of various activities especially eco-friendly, health, education & income generation programs through rights based and remedial approaches.

Organisational Structure

Organisational Infrastructure

There is 18 full time professional staff drawn from social studies and communication. Organisation has sufficient office space in Bahadurpur block at a prime location with all necessary facilities. Office has four rooms with one big hall and a meeting room. Office is equipped with necessary communication and training facilities and a small library for its use. Office has enough parking spaces.
